JAYDIOHEAD
NYC producer Mark Tannone started a Jay-Z vs. Radiohead mash up project early last year. He released two albums in 2009: Jaydiohead which features ten mash ups, and Jaydiohead: The Encore which features five (download them here). Just recently, Tannone released a video visual, directed and produced by Jason Cacioppo, to compliment his work of the mash ups.

VIDEO PREMIERE: THE XX - ISLANDS
The XX have grown to be one of my favourite bands of all time. Fairly new to the scene, their debut album was released in August 2009 and every track the album offers is golden. If you haven’t yet heard it, I suggest you get your hands on it quick. They were one of my most anticipated acts at Coachella, and they provided. The vocalists have some of the most captivating voices in my opinion so I guess the music just speaks for itself. Man, I could listen to their stuff all day. Well, here’s their latest video for Islands. It seems like everything keeps getting less and less in this video-the actions, the people. Eventually the space outside the box, which I assume is the island, combusts.
